On Tuesday, Kim, Khloe, Kylie and Kendall released their new websites and apps in SoHo, New York City. Fans and curious spectators have since downloaded the apps wondering about the written content, exclusive photos, personal videos and app interface.
Yet, Kylie Jenner’s app is the only one that soared to the top of Apple’s Top Apps Chart.
Kim boasts the largest following as the most-followed person on Instagram and leader of the Kardashian franchise. Fans adore Khloe, known as the funny, relatable sister. Kendall’s modeling career and celebrity friends fascinates consumers. Then there’s other considerations that even the playing field— such as, every Kardashian/Jenner app has the same interface and price. So how did the littlest sister, Kylie, earn the most downloads?
Kylie had the first social media announcement, and therefore gave herself a head start before her sisters.
Kim didn’t share her app announcement with her 46.2 million followers until the following day. While Kim earned 100K more Instagram likes than Kylie, it was too late. Not only did Kylie outrank her sisters, but also the biggest social media apps like Snapchat and Instagram. Today’s ranking on Apple’s Top Charts present the following order:

- Pop the Lock Game
- Snapchat
- Messenger
- Layout from Instagram
- YouTube
- Pandora
- Slow Down
The other sisters trail with Khloe (17), Kim (18) and Kendall (36). Out of the Kardashian and Jenners, Kendall shows the least enthusiasm about her app. Kendall’s welcome video was filmed the wrong way (and on an iPhone). Additionally, Kendall has yet to make a Instagram about it. Meanwhile, Kourtney is understandably behind her sisters as she was busy with her newborn during the Kardashian/Jenner app development period.
