Today Google launched “My Business” on Google+. It’s an easy and free way for customers to easily connect with your business and to get your business noticed via a platform you’re most likely already familiar with (and if not, it’s time to get on Google+ right now!).
Of course, the Google “My Business” is also available as an app in the Google Play Store. But what does it actually do?
Google My Business allows businesses – especially small ones – to easily share posts and updates, get insights to their Google+ accounts, connect to Google Analytics and start a Google Hangout. The insights is what really caught my attention. You’ll get information about the visibility of your Google+ page, the audience on your page and the engagement on your posts. Pretty handy if you ask me! You’ll also get to see how many times each post has been viewed, also the posts you shared in Google+ Communities.
