Work You’ll Do:

As the Social Media Specialist you will serve as a member of the Marketing team, specifically supporting our Products and Solutions business.  This individual will build the social strategy, source ideas and content for posts, write social media copy, research and develop hashtags, then report on results and use data to optimize social campaigns.

This is a collaborative role, you’ll work with Global Brand & Communications and other member firms on social media strategy and presence on major platforms. You’ll also contribute to our employee advocacy program. The Social Media Specialist will provide strategic counsel and training for leadership around social media participation and optimization.




• Bachelor’s degree

• 3-5  years of relevant marketing and social media management experience

• Experience with leading social media tools and platforms

• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results

• Proactive, detail oriented, flexible, and able to multi-task.  Strong organizational skills, including strong project management skills and budget management experience

• Familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts

• Willingness to travel up to 30%


• Experience in product marketing strongly desired

• Successful performance in a matrixed environment
